Find the question that can carry the work.

A request often arrives as wording. I look for the decision or desired change inside it, then make the assumptions, unknowns, evidence, and next move visible.

From a broad request to a consequential question

Current wording: How do I turn what I know into something other people can use?
Desired change: Move from private understanding to a useful decision, artifact, or working system without losing the source.
Assumptions: The audience is known; the useful outcome is shared; the source can survive translation into a deliverable.
Unknowns: Who must use the result, which decision it must support, what must remain protected, and what evidence is sufficient.
Consequential question: What must become usable, by whom, and what evidence would show that the result still carries the original intent?
Smallest useful move: Choose one near-term decision and assemble the sources that could support—or overturn—the current view.

The source

My work begins before the output.

I do not begin with a product category or a model. I begin with what is happening, what matters, what must remain true, and what would make the answer wrong.

From there, I design the conditions that let intelligence become action without fragmenting: context that survives, uncertainty that stays visible, authority that remains human, and proof that travels with the claim.

I do not merely make the thing. I make the conditions in which the thing can remain true.

Judgment must survive the handoff.
