Public proof: The public surface lets a visitor inspect what the system makes possible and begin with a real question. The protected method is not the public artifact.

Doctrine

Purpose: Make the discipline behind coherent work available for public inspection.
Questions it holds: Who has authority? What are the boundaries? Which evidence supports the claim? What remains uncertain? How is completion shown?
Judgment: Governance should keep intelligence answerable to reality without becoming the identity of the whole system.
Public proof: The published surface can be read directly. Its claims and boundaries should be judged on what it actually shows.
